Exercise therapy is vital to full recovery from injuries. We utilize bodyweight exercises, TheraBand elastic bands, kettlebells and a variety of other forms of exercise to build strength in the core, spine and extremities. Our philosophy is “Pain to Performance”. We want to get you moving better as fast as possible. Our exercise therapy begins with mobility training utilizing gentle stretches, modified Yoga positions and self-myofascial release treatment with foam rollers and lacrosse balls. From there we move into stability training which is followed by strength and conditiong training. Once we confirm you are mobile, stabile and strong, then it’s time for fitness training. While not all of patients desire to do fitness training, many have seen the benefits of it and continue with it to this day.
Evidence has shown that many common, chronic muscle, joint and tendon conditions benefit greatly, or resolve from Radial Pulsed Shockwave therapy. A pain-free treatment that relies on an acoustic soundwave to distrupt the damaged tissue resulting in increased microcirulation, increased stem cell production and pain relief. We have seen outstanding results with plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, biceps tendonitis, patellar tendonitis and frozen shoulder, just to name a few.

Kinesiotape rehabilitative taping technique is designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while providing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of motion as well as providing extended soft tissue manipulation to prolong the benefits of manual therapy and exercise therapy.
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) is a manual therapy approach to musculoskeletal injuries using specifically designed tools. Treatment with IASTM is aimed at breaking down abnormal densities in tissues like scar tissue and trigger points as well as stimulating the neural response during the initial stages of healing. There are several different schools of training for IASTM, the most well known being Graston.
