Weekend Workout for 5/17/19
Set a time for 14:00, then do as many rounds of the following as possible in those 14 minutes:
7 Burpees
7 Goblet Squats
7 Push Ups
21 Sit ups
After the timer expires, rest 5 minutes, then do one of the following finishers:
5 mile bike ride
2 mile run
30 min brisk walk
After your workout, come back here and post how many rounds you did and what your time was for the finisher.
